What was the highlight of Club Quarters Hotel London City, London
Basic bit clean and comfy bed.
Very clean room. I liked the bed and pillows. Small room but ok for just sleeping in. Stayed during heatwave and appreciated the good Aircon in the room was really cool and I slept very well.
Reception round the back. Appreciate renovation going on, but very different from photos. No communal area currently. Was not told about the water on arrival either. Very expensive for a very basic hotel. Not sure where the star ratings come from but this is not a 4star. It's a good 3 star hotel. I suppose it's the location that you pay for.

Great location - easy access to underground, all transport and sightseeing hotspots. Short walk to the Borough Market too!
It was under construction & quite a small hotel room - but quite normal for London

Good
The breakfast was a highlight for us! There was a wide variety of food and the staff down there were lovely. They would clean our room everyday and got fresh towels. The bed was a nice size. All the staff were super helpful and nice
The room was a little small & the single bed they put in the room wasn’t very comfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t super strong & there was no fan in the bathroom (or didn’t work) so it got super hot and foggy in there after having a shower.

Good value hotel in the middle of refurbishment
The bed was very soft & there was a wetherspoons next door with a great breakfast
The room & bathroom were a little small with a small gap at the end of the bed, but it was only a place to sleep
